粮食安全历来是一国经济安全体系中的重要组成部分,无论发达国家还是发展中国家都对此予以关注,尤其是发展中国家更容易受到粮食非安全的威胁。我国是世界上的农业大国,实行农业发展的国际化,充分利用安哥拉等非洲国家的资源环境优势,大力扶持其农业发展,加速外向型农业进程,对促进我国农业及整个国民经济的可持续发展,巩固和提高我国的国际地位,维护世界的和平与稳定都具有重大的战略意义。

Food security has always beenan important part of national economic security system, which is paid attention to in all countries whether developed or developing. China is a great agricultural country. It is of great strategic significance for promoting Chinese agriculture and the whole national economy sustainable development, consolidating and improving the international status and maintaining world peace and stability that implementing agricultural development with internationalization, making full use of the advantage of resource and environment in African countries, giving energetic support to African agriculture and accelerating the progress of export-oriented agriculture.
