基于Monte Carlo的定量光导荧光仿真分析

摘要 定量光导荧光技术(QLF)是一种利用龋损组织光学参数变化引起组织内光能重新分布这一现象的龋齿早期诊断技术。利用Monte Carlo随机统计方法对所建龋齿模型中μssound=15/mm,μscaries=(30、60、100、150、200、250、300)/mm七种情况进行了仿真,获得出射表面光能量相对分布图,并对其分析,结果表明病损区总的荧光损失量与散射系数成正比,拟合结果显示,两者具有线性关系。 Quantitative light induced fluorescence(QLF) is diagnosis method of early caries detection using the relative distribution of light intensity on the exit surface caused by the changes of optical property of caries lesion tissue. Seven situations: μssound= 15/mm,μscaries=(30,60,100,150,200,250,300)/mm are simulated based on the built model using Monte Carlo random statistical method. The relative distribution of light intensity on the exit surface is obtained and analyzed. The results show that the total fluorescence loss is 'direct proportion to the scattering coefficient of caries lesion and the fitting result showed the simple linear relationship.
