全光受控时延系统的自发辐射噪声研究

摘要 介绍了全光受控时延系统的结构原理,研究系统中存在的自发辐射噪声。光脉冲信号进入系统后被掺铒光波导放大,与此同时,自发辐射光也被放大,成为噪声。在全光系统中输入不同功率的信号光,测量输出光的功率和损耗,得到自发辐射的噪声系数。自发辐射噪声是全光受控时延系统中存在的一种重要噪声。通过测量自发辐射噪声系数,可以反映全光受控时延系统的噪声品质。 The structural principle of the controlled all optical system for time delay is introduced, the spontaneous emission noise in the system is researched in this paper. The optical signal pulse is amplified by Erbium-doped waveguide, at the same time, the spontaneous emission signal is also amplified, it becomes a noise. The different signals are transmitted into the system, then the power of the signal light and the ullage are measured and the spontaneous emission noise coefficient is obtained. The spontaneous emission noise is a main noise in the controlled all optical system for time delay, the measurement of the spontaneous emission noise figure reflects the noise quality of the controlled optical signal system for time delay.
