摘要
针对物体表面色度、白度等参数的测量需求,研制了一种测量物体表面色度、白度等参数的色度测定仪。该仪器采用光电积分法,以单片机为核心,由积分球、I/V变换电路、A/D转换器件、测量显示电路等构成,给出了一种光电积分式的测量方法。该仪器通过色度探测器对被测颜色光谱能量进行积分,直接获得目标的三刺激值。结果表明,该仪器可以准确地测量试样的色度值,并通过友好的显示界面可以方便快捷地观察到测量结果。
Starting from the demand for color and brightness of substance, this paper develops a kind of color meter for measuring color, brightness and so on. The instrument adopts photoelectric integration and is cored by microcontroller unit, including integral ball, I/V transforming circuit, A/D converter, displaying circuit. It introduces a kind of measuring way of photoelectric integration. The meter can obtain aimls three excited values directly by integral for spectrum. The experimental results show that the meter can measure color of sample and give exact measuring result quickly by friendly interface.
