一种PDLC膜的新型制备方法及电光特性研究

摘要 以自配聚甲基丙稀酸甲脂(PMMA)为预聚物,通过对液晶与PMMA比例的优化及聚合物分散液晶(PDLC)制备方法的改进,用甩膜法成功制备了PDLC膜。并对其光电特性进行了测量,结果表明,液晶比例在70%时,该样品在55V的外加电压下的透过率为85%,其响应时间为59ms,是一种值得研究的光开关器件。 Since the allocation to PMMA for the prepolymer, through optimized the ratio of liquid crystal and PMMA, also by improving the preparation methods of polymer dispersion liguid crystal (PDLC) to successful get PDLC film by spin coating. And its photoelectric characteristics was measured, the results showed that at the proportion of 70 percent of LCD, the transmittance of sample of 85% under the applied voltage of 55 V, its response time was 59 ms, this was a worthwhile study of the optical switch devices.
