摘要
利用平行和转动两种剪切方式,研究纤维素在磷酸/多聚磷酸体系中液晶态受剪过程中形成条带织构的机理。结果表明:纤维素液晶态受剪过程条带织构不是在受剪时产生,而是在受剪停止后的弛豫过程中形成的,受剪后,溶液在偏光显微镜下呈现的草席状形态,这种织构中所有的条带都相互平行取向并垂直于受力方向。
The formation mechanism for a band texture of cellulose liquid crystal polymer in phosphoric acid/Poly-phosphate system when sheared by two forms, parallel shearing and wheel shearing, has been investigated. The result showed that the band texture of cellulose liquid crystal polymer is formed not under shearing but during the relaxation after shearing. Liquid will show mat-rush forth under polarization microscope after being cut. All bands of this texture are parallel with each other and perpendicular to the direction of the force applied.
