摘要
根据复极式离子膜和隔膜(金属阳极)电解槽系列的结构和运行特点研究了在电解槽供电设计中整流装置电联结方式、额定直流电压、调压范围和级数、机组移相配置方式及调控和监控方案等方面的区别,并提出正确的设计选型方法。
According to the structure and operation characteristics of bipolar ionic membrane electrolyzer and the diaphragm (metal anode) electrolyzer, the differences of power supply of electrlyzer were studied, including power connecting model of rectifying equipment, rated direct current voltage, range and series of voltage regulation, phase shit distribution of sets, project of adjusting and control. And the selection method of design was put forward.
