摘要
采用可编程控制器对电石炉的电极升降、补偿电容器的投切进行自动控制,提高了功率因数,减少了电能消耗。介绍了具体程序流程,并以华虹电石厂的运行数据为例,对节能进行了定量分析。
Ascend and descend of electrode and switching of compensation capacitor were autocontrolled with programmable controller. Power factor was improved and power consumption was reduced. The flow path was introduced, and take the case of operation parameters of Huahong Carbide Plant, the energy saving was quantitative analysed.
