间歇萃取精馏分离甲醇—丙酮共沸物的研究 被引量:11

摘要 在常规间歇萃取精馏实验装置中,研究了以水为萃取剂间歇萃取精馏分离甲醇—丙酮共沸物的过程。考察了萃取剂、回流比、全回流时间、共沸物组成、溶剂与混合物的质量比等因素对萃取精馏分离甲醇—丙酮共沸体系的影响。 Methanol-acetone azeotropic mixture was separated by batch extractive distillation by using water as extracting agent. The effects of different operating parameters such as solvent, reflux ratio, overall reflux time,composition, ratio of water to azeotropic mixture were investigated.
