钯/多壁碳纳米管催化剂制备及催化Suzuki反应研究 被引量:3

Preparation and of Palladium Catalyst Anchored on Carbon Nanotubes and Its Application to Suzuki Reaction

摘要 采用乙二醇或甲醛为还原剂制备了多壁碳纳米管负载的钯催化剂,并研究了负载催化剂在Suzuki偶联反应中催化合成联苯的性能,考察了反应条件如溶剂、还原剂、底物及反应温度等对均相Suzuki反应的影响。 Pd catalysts have been prepared by ethylene glycol reduction or formaldehyde reduction on the multi-walled carbon nanotubes. The catalytic activity of the heterogeneous catalyst has been investigated for the Suzuki reaction of halobenzene with phenylboronic acid. The influence of reaction conditions such as solvent, reducing agent, substrate and reaction temperature on the Suzuki reaction was studied. The results revealed that the 78.4% yield of biphenyl was obtained in the presence of K2CO3 as base, ethanol as solvent, reaction time 10 h and the molar ratio of n(Pd^2+) : Phi: PhB(OH)2: K2CO3 = 1: 100: 150: 200.
