摘要
以酸改性后的多孔海泡石为载体制备了负载金属离子的无机抗菌剂,利用SEM和EDS分析手段对所制备的无机抗菌剂进行了表征,并研究其对大肠杆菌的杀灭效果。在抗菌实验中,利用菌落计数法对制备出的多种抗菌剂产品的杀菌能力进行了评价。结果表明:复合抗菌剂比负载单一金属离子抗菌剂的抗菌效果好;负载银、铜的复合抗菌剂抗菌性能最佳。
Sepiolite powder worked by hydrochloric acid was used as a sorption carrier of abio-antimicrobial, which was characterized by SEM and EDS analysis, and their sterilization capability to E. coli were investigated. In the sterilization experiment, the sterilization capability of prepared abio-antimierobials was evaluated by Colong-Forrning Units (CFU). The results showed that the composite loaded abio-antimicrobials were superior to the single; Ag-Cu-carried sepiolite was the best in complex abio-antimicrobials in this article.
