A Shearing Tester Design for Granular Material

设计了一种新型的散体物料的剪切试验装置,该装置通过对物料直接施压后进行双面剪切以测定材料的剪切力学性能,使用传感器精确记录整个试验过程的动态数据和相关曲线,并可自动完成试验数据的采集处理。该设备既可分析散粒(颗粒、粉粒)状物料,又可对类似物料凝结成形的试件实行剪切试验,应用领域十分广泛。

This paper designs a new tester to carry out shearing mechanical experiment of granular firstly gives direct compression on granular material and then carries out two sides shearing to measure mechanical property. By sensors it can record accurately the dynamic data and relative curves experiment process, and it can also deal with the data of experiment. This tester can analyze granular other similar materials, and so it can be widely used.
