摘要 介绍了凝视型非致冷红外焦平面性能测试平台的组成,分析了了各组成模块的要求功能。针对实际的128×128元凝视型非致冷红外焦平面,设计出了其性能参数测试的平台。应用测试平台测试出的焦平面参数与该焦平面标称值一致。使用结果表明该硬件平台结构简单、成本低廉、可靠性高。 The requirements of a test bench of modularization for measuring characteristic parameters of staring uncooled infrared focal plane arrays (UIRFPAs) are introduced, and the required functions of every module are analyzed. For a practical 128×128 pixel staring UIRFPA a prototypical test bench has been designed. The measured parameters by using the test bench are consistent with the nominal values of the 128×128 pixel UIRFPA. Practiced applications show that the test bench has advantages of simple configuration, low cost and high reliability.
