地震对公路交通危害分析与防灾减灾预案的探讨

Seismic Hazard Analysis of the Road Traffic and Plans about Disaster Prevention and Mitigation

通过对汶川大地震灾区公路损毁与抢通、重建的调查，分析了地震对公路交通的各种危害，建立了地震灾害对公路交通危害度的概念，提出了地震灾害公路交通防灾减灾预案和相应整治措施，以期对交通建设防灾减灾有益。

Based on the investigation about damage, opening and rebuilding of roads in Wenchuan major earthquake, Traffic disasters coused by earthquake were analyzed, the concept of road tragic criticality coused by earthquake were built, preparatory plan about disasters prevention and reduction and regulation measures were put forward, which helps transit construction and disaster prevention and mitigation.
