摘要
分析了震灾后公路损坏的形式及特点,并在此基础上对公路损坏程度进行了评定分级。简要分析了公路、桥梁及隧道在震后的病害形式,为保证72 h黄金时段的救援使命,提出了一套抢修、保畅的应急预案,以便在今后灾难发生后能迅速做出反应。
Form and features of the damaged roads were analyzed after the earthquake, then the degree of the bad roads was assessed. Then a brief analysis of roads, bridges and tunnels in the form of disease were conducted after the earthquake, to ensure the efficiency of the first 72 hours. A series of preparatory programme in urgent of the repair and keeping expedite was put forward, in order to make quick response as soon as disaster occurrs.
