摘要 本文讨论了催化助燃剂降低烧结煤耗的工业试验结果。工业试验结果表明,往烧结用煤粉中添加0.1%的催化助燃剂,不仅烧结矿的质量保持不变,而且每吨烧结矿可节约煤粉10kg,烧结利用系数也提高7%。 The results of industrial - scale experiment for catalysis combustion-sup porting agent to reduce fuel consumption of sintering were discussed in denal. Industrial scale experiment results indicated that with addition of 0. 1% catalysis combustion-sup porting agent in coal fines, not only the sinter quality was ensured, but the productivity was increased by over 7%, and the coal consumption was reduced by 10kg/t.
