摘要 对波氏吻鰕虎鱼的胚胎发育进行了观察,详细描述了发育各期的形态特征和时序。在水温23.7~26.1℃条件下,受精卵历时59h28min孵出,所需积温为1480.7℃。胚胎发育可划分为6个阶段,33个发育时期。孵化率约50%。初孵仔鱼平均全长3.61mm。 The embryonic developments of Rhinogobius cliffordpopei were observed, and the morphological features and times of the development phases were discribed in detail in this paper. Under the water temperature 23.7 -26.1 ℃ , it took 59 hours and 28 minutes from fertilization to hatching with the cumulative temperature of 1480.7℃. The embryonic develop- ment process could be divided into 6 stages, including fertilized egg stage, cell division stage, blastula stage, gastrula stage, neurula stage and organ formation stage, and contained 33 developing phases as other teleost. The rate of hatching was about 50%. The mean length of newly hatched larva was 3.61 mm.
