摘要 目的:研究应用拮抗血管形成因子试剂对于减轻TMJ(Temporomandibular joint)间接性损伤后软骨破坏效果的影响。 Objective: To research the impact of cartilage destructive effect after TMJ ( Temporomandibular Joint) indirect injury reduced by applying anti-vascularization factor reagents. Methods:The conditions of the tissue injuries of the experiment group and the control group were detected by observation criteria such as the injury index of articular pathology, the synovial vascular density integration and the articular cartilage contents. Results: The results showed the cartilage contents of the experiment group at the forth and the eighth weeks were higher than those of the control group and there was significant difference between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). The injury indexes of articular pathology of the control group at the forth and the eighth weeks were higher than those of the experiment group and there was significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0.05 ). The synovial vascular density integration of the experiment group at the forth and the eighth weeks was lower than that of the control group and there was significant difference between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Using the anti-vascularization factor reagents may obviously enhance the articular cartilage contents of TMJ indirect injury, reduce the newborn vascularization and alleviate the inflammation after TMJ indirect injury.
