Professional Exposing Risks and Preventive Strategy for Nursing Staff in Oral Department

目的:为研究口腔科护理人员职业暴露的危险因素及防护策略。方法:通过分析口腔科护理人员在四手操作中面临的各种职业暴露危险因素,探索并制定有效的防护策略。结果:通过制定并落实切实可行的职业暴露的防护管理方案和措施,可减少护理人员职业暴露的风险。结论:构建口腔科护理人员职业暴露防护的措施和方案是减少职业暴露的关键。

Objective： To evaluate the dangerous factors and the preventive strategy on professional exposure of the nursing staff in oral department. Methods： Various dangerous factors of professional exposure faced by the nursing staff in oral department in the four-handed dentistry were analyzed so as to explore and work out effective strategy. Results： A set of feasible management system and some related measures on the professional exposure should be worked out so as to reduce the professional exposing risks of the nursing staff in oral department. Conclusion： The key to settlement of reducing the professional exposure lies in building up preventive measures and plans on the professional exposing risks for the nursing staff in oral department.
