摘要
应用弹流理论对渐开线变位直齿轮传动进行热弹流润滑数值分析,计算并分析了三种变位传动工况对齿轮润滑性能的影响,获得了齿轮传动沿啮合线的中心油膜厚度、中心油膜压力、油层温度以及轮齿表面摩擦系数等的分布规律;并与标准齿轮传动工况计算结果进行了比较分析.
In this paper, the theory of Elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication (EHL)is applied and thethermal EHL analysis on spur profile shifted gear transmission is given to investigate the effects of the three working conditions of profile shifted gear transmission on the lfibricationbehavior. The distribution of the central film .thickness, central pressure, film temperatureand friction coefficient along the line of action is obtained.
