摘要
以36Mn2V圆坯水平连铸工艺为研究对象,采用射钉试验、红外测温试验、硫印试验及酸浸低倍试验研究了36Mn2V圆坯的凝固传热过程对铸坯质量的影响。通过研究得出36Mn2V圆坯在拉速v=2.13 m/min,中间包过热度ΔT=52℃钢坯的液芯长度为L=16.8 m,铸坯的中心疏松为1.5级,中心裂纹为1.5级。试验结果表明,所提及的研究方法可以有效地分析连铸坯的凝固传热过程,为高效连铸生产提供理论参考。
By taking 36Mn2V round billet horizontal continuous casting process as the research object. By means of pin shooting, infrared measurement temperature tests, sulfur print test and macro-each test studied on heat and so- lidification process of the 36Mn2V round billet, through this study that 36Mn2V round billet in the casting speed v = 2.13 m/min, the superheat of tundish △T = 52 ℃ and billet the liquid core length L= 16.8 m, the index of central porosity is 1.5 and the index of center crack is 1.5. Test results showed that the related means of pin shooting experiment can be effectively analyzed the process of solidification heat transfer of billet.
