摘要
阐述保证带传动不打滑条件下,具有一定的疲劳强度和寿命的可靠性设计原理。导出应用等效正态分布法计算中温、中载、无油污工况下,疲劳失效呈对数正态分布的可靠度计算公式;以及V带常温、轻载、无油污工况下,疲劳失效呈威布尔分布的可靠度计算公式。
This article expounds principles of the reliability design of belt drive ensuring a certain fatigue strength and endurance while free of slipping.By employing equivalent normal distribution,the author arrives at the reliability calculation formula with fatigue failure demonstrating logarithmic normal distribution on the condition of average temperature,average loading and freedom of oil contamination,as well as the formula with fatigue failure demonstrating Weibull distribution on the condition of average temperature,light loading and feedom of oil contamination,thus has presented more practical theories and methods in the reliability design of general Vbelt.
