摘要
螺旋锥齿轮传动在载荷作用下产生的相对错位,对齿轮副的胶合失效有很大的影响,一般错位量越大,越容易产生胶合。而引起一对锥齿轮相对错位的原因是滚动轴承在综合轴向力作用下产生的轴向弹性变形和位移。用最佳轴向力匹配的方法使这种变形和位移最小。
The relative misplacement of the curvedtooth bevel gear drive resulting from load greatly influences the gluing failure of the counter gear.Generally speaking,the more misplacement there is ,the more easily the gluing occurs.And what causes the relative misplacement of a pair of curvedtooth bevel gear is the axial elastic deformation and displacement of the rolling bearings under the action of combined axial forces.This article proposes optimizing the axial forces match so to minimize the deformation and displacement with the purpose of enhancing the antigluing capability of the curved-tooth bevel gear.
