本文分析了企业员工培训管理的现状和问题,从变革管理模式、改进管理手段、拓展培训形式、增强培训激励、优化学历教育等诸多方面,提出管理创新的思路和举措,促使培训工作卓有成效。
This thesis analyzes the current situation and problems in managing employee training and suggests innovative thoughts and measures from many aspects, including transforming management mode, improving management methods, expanding training forms, accelerating training inspiration and optimizing diploma education, so as to enhance the efficiency of training work.
