Based on the characteristics of overseas EPC project, this article states that the commercial team for the project shall carry out the commercial jobs with close and deep attentions to the EPC contract, deal properly with project executing environmental factors, structuralize the major relationships in commercial communications and put emphasis on continuous innovations of commercial jobs for the project. It is declared that the project commercial job plays important role in successfully execution of the EPC contract by the descriptions of the major working procedures and contents for the commercial team in the project.
