摘要
根据2008年初我国南方地区电网遭受冰害事故统计和调研情况,从覆冰机理、电网设施本身出发,分析了造成这次大面积冰害事故的原因。将国内外有关输电线高度订正系数的算法进行了比较分析,并对高度、线径系数进行了细化以便实现较好的经济技术效应。结合本次电网冰害事故所反映出的问题,提出了输电线路覆冰事故防治措施。
According to the accident statistics and investigation of icing accident afflicted South China in the early of 2008, the factors of the icing has been analyzed from the perspectives of mechanism of icing and the power grid facilities. Compares algorithms with the international on the revised coefficient of transmission lines height, and refines coefficients of height and diametre for getting a better economic-technological effect. In combination with the problem reflected from the icing accident, presents some anti-icing measures.
