摘要
通过对GB/T19580-2004《卓越绩效评价准则》在电力勘测设计咨询企业贯彻实施细则问题和相关案例的研究,结合企业创建卓越绩效奖(质量奖)的实践,提出了贯彻三标的勘测设计企业把QHSE三标体系与《卓越绩效评价准则》要求的几个结合点的讨论意见。
