摘要
宝钢3号高炉(4350m^3)于1994年9月20日投产后,因设备故障频繁、冷却系统存在缺陷以及操作参数的调整与生产条件不相适应等,炉况长期不稳。1997年6~9月,通过采取调整布料档位、合理扩大矿石批重、控制鼓风动能、测试并调整基准料线以及稳定高煤比操作等,高炉边缘气流得到适当发展,煤气流分布更加合理,炉况变得稳定顺行,消除了炉温波动现象,高炉各项技术经济指标改善。1997年9~11月,高炉焦比为315.7kg/t,煤比达145.6kg/t,利用系数达1.834。
The No. 3 BF (4 350 m3) at Baoshan Iron & Steel Group Co. was blown on on September 20,1994.Since blowing on.it had been operating on the abnormal condition for the frequent equipment failure, the defect of cooling system, the changes of operation parameters and smelting condition and so on.During the period of June-September of 1997, a series of measures such as adjusting burden distribution grade, increasing ore batch weigth, controlling blast kinetic energy, testing and adjusting base stockline,stablizing BF operation with high coal injection rate and so on, were taken,and then more reasonable gas flow distribution and the stable and smooth BF operation was achieved,the fluctuation of BF temperature was removed. As results,the BF production indexs were improved, coke rate of 345. 7 kg/t, coal rate of 145. 6 kg/t and productivity of 1.834 t/(m3·d) were reached during the period of September-November of 1997.
