On the production management of the local small ironmaking plants in China

1996年,我国地区钢铁厂的生铁产量占全国生铁总产量的23.25％,搞好地区钢铁厂的生产经营是我国炼铁工作的一个重要方面。今后,地区钢铁厂应端正经营思想、加强企业管理和采用先进适用的技术,不断提高企业的经济效益和市场竞争力。

The iron output of local small iron plants in 1996 makes up 23.25% of the total iron ouput in China.Building good production management at local small iron plants is one of the important works in ironmaking industry of our country. In order to progressively increase the economic benefit and enterprise's competitive capacity in the market,from now on all local small iron plants should carry out the following measures: correcting management thinking,strengthening enterprise management, adopting advance and practical technologies,and so on.
