摘要
建立了五氯硝基苯原药的高效液相色谱分析方法。采用C18反相柱、230 nm紫外检测器。以甲醇-水[V(甲醇)∶V(水)=90∶10]为流动相,流速为0.8 mL/min。该方法简单、快速、准确,适用性强,回收率为101.31%,变异系数为1.63%。
A method was developed for analyzing quintozene by HPLC using the C18 anti-phase column and UV changeable wavelength detector at 230 nm. The mobile phase was methanol-water (90:10, by vol) and flow rate was 0.8 mL/min. The method was simple, rapid, accurate, and practical. The recovery was 101.31%, and the coefficient of variation was 1.63 %.
