济钢3~#1750m^3高炉降低生铁含硅标准偏差实践

摘要 济钢3#1750m3高炉通过改善原燃料质量,调整煤气流分布,控制合适理论燃烧温度和调节炉渣成分等措施,生铁含硅由0.607%降低到0.48%,生铁含硅标准偏差由0.229%降低到0.11%,产量、质量、消耗等各项指标都得到明显的改善。 By mean of improving raw and fuel material quality, adjusting distribution of coal gas, controlling appropriate theoretical combustion temperature and regulating slag composition and so on, the silicon content in the hot metal of Jinan Steel' s No.3 1 750 m^3 BF was reduced to 0.48% from 0.607% and the standard deviation of silicon content in hot metal was decreased to 0.11% from 0.229%. Then the technology and economy indexes such as output, quality and consumption were improved obviously.
