摘要
将交货周期分为生产等待、生产、检验、出库4个周期,并利用时标网络图针对每个周期的影响因素进行了分析,提出了月度资源计划量、科学的生产计划顺序、严格的计划顺序管理制度、设备故障管理、最迟开工时间、多次生产的时间间隔、初验批次合格率、试样委托批量、试验批量、判定批量、科学计划供料量、完整供料、同船级社船板集中订货、集中生产、运输计划编制周期、动态科学调度车辆等大量改善措施。
The delivery period was divided into four parts which is waiting for production, production, examination and sent from warehouse. Then analysis aim at the influencing factors of four periods was carried out with the time-scaled network diagram. At the mean time, a plenty of improvement methods were presented, which were one month resources quantity of plan, in proper order of production plan, strictly production execution order management, equipments breakdown management, the latest start work time, partition time of two times productions for one order, the batch qualified rate in first property examination, batch quantity of sample sent to examine, experiment batch quantity of one property report, judgment batch quantity, scientific calculation for slab quantity, provided slab one times, put the same ship class plate in concentrated order time and concentrated production time, period of the conveyance period plan, dynamic and scientific adjustment all vehicles etc.
