螺旋CT三维重建在颧骨颧弓整形术中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]探讨多层螺旋CT在颧弓截骨手术中的应用价值。[方法]对110例颧弓截骨手术患者进行MSCT检查,并通过多平面重建法(MPR)、三维表面遮盖法(sSD)及容积重建技术(VRT)观察颧弓的形态并测量相应数据。[结果]110例患者均获得了精确的颧弓弦长、弧高等参数,所有患者手术后获得了满意的效果。[结论]MSCT三维重建能较好地显示颧弓的三维立体解剖结构,提高手术的准确性,为手术方案的合理制定提供了科学依据。 [Objective]To evaluate the application value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) in reduction plasty of malar and zygoma. [Methods] A total of 110 cases were examined with MSCT scanning and multiplanar reconstruction(MPR), surface shaded display(SSD)and volume rendering technique(VRT)to observe the de- tails of mala and zygoma. [Results]The data of the zygoma and zygomatic arch were measured accurately. All cases obtained satisfactory results after undergoing reduction malar plasty. [Conclusion] Three dimensional CT imaging is important for displaying the anatomic construction of malar and zygoma. It can improve the ac- curacy of surgery and provide a scientific basis for reasonable surgical planning.
