彩色多普勒超声在腹壁下动脉检查中的应用

Application of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Investigating Arteria Epigastrica Inferior

[目的]评价彩色多普勒超声在检测腹壁下动脉中的应用价值。[方法]随机检查150例正常人双侧腹壁下动脉，分别测其起始处内径（D1），脐外下方腹直肌鞘内腹壁下动脉内径（D2）及此处腹壁下动脉主干的各项血流参数，并进行统计学处理。[结果]300条腹壁下动脉显示率100％，腹壁下动脉男女组各项参数包括D1、D2最大流速（Vmax）、最小流速（Vmin）、搏动指数（p1）比较均有显著差异（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），而阻力指数（RI）则无明显差异（P〉0．05）；各年龄组间腹壁下动脉各项参数均有显著性差别（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。[结论]彩色多普勒超声在腹壁下动脉穿支皮瓣获取术前检测有重要作用，同时能作为鉴别腹股沟斜疝的有效手段，是检测腹壁下动脉的首选检查方法。

[Objective]To evaluate the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in investigating arteria epigastrica inferior （AEI）. [Methods]Both sides of AEI in 150 healthy adults were randomly investigated and their inner diameter of the originated point（D1 ）, inner diameter of these arteriae located in the recto-bdominal fascia（D2）,and the parameters of blood flow of the trunks were measured and statistical analysis was performed. [Results] The displayed rate was 100% in the 300 arteries. There was significant difference in the parameters including D1, D2, Vmax, Vmin and PI between male and female groups（ P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01）, but there was no obvious difference in RI （ P 〈0.05）. There were significant differences in all the parameters among all age groups （ P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion]Color Doppler ultrasound has important role in preoperatively detecting perforator artery of AEI before skin flap acquired and may be an effective method to differentiate oblique from direct hernia, so it would be the first choice for investigating AEI.
