摘要
研究了用壳聚糖作富集柱，以二甲酚橙为柱前衍生试剂，六次甲基四胺为离子对试剂，高效液相色谱－光度法快速分离测定痕量Ｎｉ２＋，Ｚｕ２＋，Ｃｕ２＋的新方法。络合物和试剂在８ｍｉｎ内出峰完毕，于５７５ｎｍ处检测，检出限（ｎｇ／ｍｌ）：Ｎｉ０．０２５，Ｚｎ０．０００３，Ｃｕ０．０３３。
A new method for ion-pair HPLC-spectrophotometric determintion of trace amounts of Ni, Zn and Cu in seawater with chitosan column preconcentration was developed in this paper.XO(xylenol orange).NIXO,ZnXO and CuXO were separated within 8 minutes on a C18 column and measured at 575nm.The detection limits were 0.025,0.0003 and 0.033 ng/ml for Ni,Zn and Cu,respectively.
