心脏淀粉样变性6例的临床分析

Clinical Characteristics of 6 Cases with Cardiac Amyioidosis

[目的]探讨心脏淀粉样变患者的临床表现和诊断。[方法]对原发性淀粉样变15例中心脏受累6例患者的临床特征、心电图和超声心动图进行临床分析。[结果]心脏淀粉样变者表现为充血性心力衰竭、体位性低血压、心律失常、QRS低电压；超声心动图显示：左室室壁厚度增厚、室壁运动减弱、心内外膜强回声颗粒等。[结论]心脏淀粉样变患者临床表现多样，心电图和超声心动图检查有助诊断。

[Objective]To explore the manifestations and diagnosis of cardiac amyloidosis. [Methods]Fifteen patients with amyloidosis were studied. The data of clinical characteristics, ECG and echocardiography of six amyloidosis patients with heart involvement were analyzed. [Results]The clinical manifestations of cardiac amyloidosis in echocardiography were congestive heart failure, orthostatic hypotension, arrhythmias, low QRS voltage, thickening of left ventricular wall, weakening of ventricular wall motion and hyperechoie particle of endocardium and epicardium, etc. [Conclusion]The clinical manifestations of cardiac amyloidosis are varied. ECG and echocardiography are useful for the diagnosis of cardiac amyloidosis.
