B型利钠肽与心肾综合征相关性的研究进展

摘要
心功能不全与肾功能不全常同时存在于一个患者中,被称为“心肾综合征(cardiorenal syndrome,CRS)。流行病学证据显示即使轻度的肾功能受损也能使心力衰竭患者的预后更差,且给治疗带来很大的困惑。因此,心肾综合征近年来备受关注。
