Respiratory disease has been an important cause of morbidity and mortality in patients with acquired immune deficiency syndrome （AIDS）. Each individual may manifest in a variety of different radiological appearances, and there is considerable overlap of the radiographic findings between the infectious diseases and neoplastic entities, which may generate the difficulty for diagnosis. This article reviewed the imaging diagnosis of variety thorax complications in AIDS patients.
