摘要
分析了直流电弧炉内的物理现象,计算了75t直流电弧炉熔池的磁场强度、速度和温度分布,计算了30t和75t直流电弧炉熔池的循环流量、循环周期和物料混匀时间。本文的工作为30t和75t直流电弧炉的优化设计和最佳工艺操作提供了理论和实践依据。
In this paper physical phenomena in DC EAF are analyzed,the magnetic field intensity,the velocity and temperature distribution and the parameters of circulating flow rate,circulating time and mixing time in 30 t and 75 t DC EAF are calculated,which can be served as theoretical and practical basis for designing and operation of 30 t and 75 t DC EAF
