根据人类工效学理论，扼要地叙述了人类工效学在冶金设备管理中的应用，重点叙述了设备设计及设备状态监测与故障诊断技术，旨在把人类工效学引入冶金设备管理，为冶金企业实现安全生产和获得更高的经济效益提供可靠的技术依据和有效的技术保障。
