柏拉图与孔孟“正义观”之比较

Comparison of Views of Justice Between Plato and Confucius and Mencius

社会正义始终是人类孜孜追求的理想,柏拉图是西方历史上第一个系统地阐述正义的哲学家,正义的观念是贯穿其名著——《理想国》全书的主题。孔子、孟子开儒家文化发展的先河,在他们那里有着非常丰富而精辟的正义思想。通过对两者正义思想之比较,有助于我们更好地了解中西方正义文化的特色,重新认识正义的来源,把握社会正义的理论依据。

Social justice has always been diligently pursued ideals of humanity. Plato was the first philosopher to describe justice in the West, which was the theme of his works Republica. Confucius and Mencius were the sources of Confucian culture, which had abundant and clear description of justice. Compared with each other, we can realize the cultural eharaeteristies of Chinese and Western views on justice. Through pursuing the sources of justice, we can get the theoretical basis of soeial justice.
