论学校体育与终身体育

School PE and Lifelong PE

学校体育应该有针对性地、系统地让受教育者学会科学合理的锻炼方法,并且使之养成良好的体育运动习惯。能否把学校体育与终身体育有机地结合起来,是衡量终身体育的难易程度和学校体育质量的重要指标。

School PE should be a subject for learners to learn how to do exercises scientifically and properly and to form a good habit of doing regular exercise. Combining the school PE with lifelong PE organically is a very important index to measure the difficulty degree of lifelong sports and the quality of school physical education.
