摘要
目的:探讨对脑卒中患者家属同步实施健康教育对患者生活质量的影响。方法:将62例脑卒中患者随机分为对照组和观察组,两组患者在常规治疗护理的同时接受健康教育,观察组在此基础上同步实施家属健康教育。对两组患者入院前后采用生活质量指数评定量表进行评定,并进行统计学分析。结果:对照组与观察组得分有显著差异,观察组生活质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对脑卒中患者家属同步实施健康教育可提高脑卒中患者的生活质量。
Objective :To discuss the effect of implement health education on patient families for the quality of life in cerebral patients. Methods:62 patients with cerebral apoplexy were divided into control group and observation group. All the patients accepted normal therapy , nursing and health education,the families in the observation group were accepted helath education synchronous. To assess and analyse the quality of life in patients before and after admission. Results : The quality of life of index in observation was bater than control group ,there was remarkable different between two groups (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:To implement health education to the families synchronous could improve the quality of life in patient with cerebral apoplexy patient.
