护理干预在早产儿喂养中的临床应用

The clinical application on nursing interference to feeding for premature infant

目的:探讨护理干预对早产儿生长发育及疾病康复的影响。方法:回顾性分析我科2006年8月～2007年6月期间收治的42例早产儿,随机分为观察组22例,对照组20例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组除常规护理外,给予抚触、非营养性吸吮及腹部按摩等护理干预。观察采取护理干预后临床护理效果。结果:经过护理干预观察组22例早产儿与对照组比较体重增长较快,胃管留置时间明显缩短。结论:护理干预运用于早产儿喂养中,能诱发胃肠激素的分泌,增强消化道动力,促进早产儿的生长,缩短平均住院日,减轻患儿家属的经济负担。

Objective： To study the effect on growth and rehabilitation of premature infant by nursing interference. Methods：Analyzing and investigating 42 cases that subjected in our department during Aug. 2006 to Jua. 2007 ,which were randomly divided into observation group （22 cases） and control group （20 cases） ,to learn the clinical effect through having applied the nursing interference. Result：Via nursing interference, the premature infant from the observation group （22 cases） could go up weight more quickly and it could cut down the stoppage time within the stomach and intestines evidently, comparing with the other group. Conclusion：By applying the nursing interference to the feeding for premature infant, it could induce the secretion of the gastroenterle hormone, straighten propulsion of the alimentary canal, and promote the growth for the premature infant. Furthermore, it could reduce the average inpatient days and thus lessen the economic burden for the infant family.
