摘要
研究了搅拌磨机械化学氰化的浸金工艺,考察了磨矿细度、液固比、氰化钠用量和助浸剂对金浸出率的影响。结果表明,与常规氰化浸金工艺相比,机械化学氰化浸金大大缩短浸出时间,降低氰化钠用量60%,金浸出率提高10%,效果十分显著。
A new technology of gold extraction by mechanochemical cyanide leaching is studied in this paper.The effects of grinding fineness,liquid/solid ratio,NaCN consumption and leaching aid on gold leaching rate are investigated.The results indicate that shorter leaching time,60% decrease of NaCN consumption and 10% increase of gold leaching rate can be obtained by the new technology compared with traditional leaching process.
