博弈论作为一种关于决策和策略的理论,在经济领域中发挥着重要的作用。应用博弈论中的展开博弈模型,对风险投资中风险投资家(VC)与风险企业家(EN)的投资行为进行研究分析,从理论上有力地说明了该方法对于投资中博弈双方的策略的适用性。

As a theory about policy-making and strategy, the game was an important factor in the process of economic field. This paper analyzed investment risk of the venture capitalist and the venture entrepreneur by using expansion game model. It was suitable to analyze investment strategy on both sides in game theoretically.
