摘要
文章试着从目前我国对离婚后的探视权的法律规定的现状以及民事案件中涉及离婚后的探视权纠纷产生的原因,提出完善我国离婚后的探视权的法律保护的若干建议。
In recent years, with the divorce rate rising, there are many disputes in the visitation rights after divorce. By analyzing the eause in existanee, this article tries to put forward certain suggestions to consummate the legislation further in order to provide more powerful protection in law for the visitation rights after divorce.
