摘要
随着计算机技术的不断发展,用户的数据安全性越来越成为一个突出的问题。传统的基于标志的身份认证技术由于受到证件伪造以及密码破解等手段的威胁,逐渐表现得有些力不从心。在传统的操作系统中,往往使用密码加密法,但这种由几个字符组成的密码很脆弱,很容易被破解。因此要保护自己的重要文件资料和隐私不被泄露,必须寻找另外的途径。而人的指纹因为具备两个重要的特点,一是没有任何两个手指指纹的纹线形态一致,二是指纹纹线的形态终生不变,所以采用指纹验证就是提高系统安全性的一个有效的途径。指纹识别技术发展非常迅速,这是因为它兼有实际应用证实了的高可靠性、高精密度和低成本等优点。VFS131指纹芯片是Validity Sensors公司生产的一块高性能低成本的芯片,本文论述了基于这种VFS131指纹芯片为控制器的指纹锁在系统启动、系统锁定和屏幕保护和文件保护等方面的设计与应用。
As the development of computer technology, how to protect the data on it is becoming a outstanding problem. Because password can be cracked and ID can be forged easily, traditional technology taking account authentication has much limitation .Trational Operation system encode a string as password ,but the password consist of character is fragile, So, we must find another effective way to protect our important file data .Fingerprint has two import character, one of them is uniquely ,and another is invariable .Taking Fingerprint Protect System can strengthen trational operation system security. In this thesis ,we discuss the design and implementation of a fingerprint Protect System. it take VFS131 Fingerprint Clip as controller and can be used in areas in system boot, lock and screensaver etc.
