甜瓜白粉病抗性AFLP连锁标记的初步研究 被引量:11

摘要 甜瓜白粉病是危害我国甜瓜(Cucumis melo L.)生产的主要病害之一。以抗病的7-2和感病的7-1、7-3杂交组合与分离群体进行了甜瓜抗白粉病连锁分子标记研究,建立了AFLP标记技术体系,找到了1个与甜瓜白粉病抗病基因紧密连锁的AFLP标记:M60/E25-520。 Powdery mildew is one of the most destructive diseases in melon(Cucumis melo L, )production in China. In this experiment, we studied the AFLP marker linked to powdery mildew resistance in melon line 7-2 by BSA method. The hybrids and segregation populations derived from resistant line 7-2 and susceptible lines 7-1 and 7-3 were used for this study. We have established a highly stable and optimized AFLP protocol ,and found M60/E25-520 marker was linked to one powdery mildew resistant gene of melon.
