超声波成像在克罗恩病诊断中的应用

摘要 克罗恩病（Crohn’s disease，CD）是一种病因尚未清楚的肠道慢性炎性肉芽肿性疾病，病变多见于末端回肠和邻近结肠，呈节段性或跳跃式分布，除了依靠临床特征，CD的诊断主要是通过综合应用各种诊断手段，包括影像技术、内镜技术，以及组织学检查。肠袢的超声波成像术（ultrasonography，US）是一种非可视化的影像技术，其用于识别肠壁异常的能力随着高频传感器的使用而逐渐得到改善。US用于CD诊断的研究文献较多，
